01 Acceptance of Terms

One Account Policy

Accuracy of Account Information

You must ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

heybaji bet supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, USDT (via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or USDT, depending on the payment method selected.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• All funds deposited into your heybaji bet account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• heybaji bet does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• USDT deposits via TRC-20 are credited at the prevailing USDT/BDT exchange rate at the time of confirmation, with no additional platform conversion fee.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. To protect against money laundering, heybaji bet does not permit withdrawals to payment methods that were not used to fund the account. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending completion of the KYC process if verification has not previously been completed.

Wagering Requirements

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the heybaji bet sportsbook and all casino game rounds played in the heybaji bet casino are governed by the specific game rules published within each game and by the general sportsbook rules accessible from the platform. The following principles apply universally across all products:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. heybaji bet will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances of clear system error.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during an active game round, the outcome will be determined by the result recorded on the game server at the time of the failure.

1. Registering more than one account on the heybaji bet platform, whether under the same name or different identifying information.

heybaji bet reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, account access and withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. heybaji bet's findings and decisions following any investigation are final and binding.

08 Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the heybaji bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, software, code, animations, audio, and video — are the exclusive intellectual property of heybaji bet or its licensed providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the heybaji bet platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the heybaji bet platform without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any heybaji bet content or software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software underlying the platform.

09 Limitation of Liability

The heybaji bet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, heybaji bet makes no warranties or representations — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, heybaji bet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from betting or gaming activity conducted on the platform.
• Any loss resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

In all circumstances, heybaji bet's total aggregate liability to any player — regardless of the nature or basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

heybaji bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the account holder.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in match-fixing.
• Receipt of a chargeback claim from the account holder's payment provider.
• An active self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 or more consecutive months).

Account Closure by Player

If you wish to close your heybaji bet account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Account Policy
